Every figure is computed by Propefy from open data published by the Dubai Land Department and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC). The figures are Propefy's derived statistics, not the authorities' own publications. How each figure is computed, and the licences the source data is published under, are on the Methodology page.
Propefy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Dubai Land Department, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre or any other government authority.
Data is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Source data may be revised, delayed, or withdrawn, and figures change as the registers update. Each page states the date its data runs to.
